$10,000 on the Seagull, Melissa, Bela, and Bela Estate models. $15,000 on the Serena and Leah Estate Collection models. The credit is applied directly to your closing costs and prepaid items at closing when you finance through My Liberty Loans (NMLS# 275236).

Do I have to use My Liberty Loans to qualify?

Yes. The closing-cost credit is exclusive to buyers who finance through My Liberty Loans, our preferred lender. Buyers who finance elsewhere are not eligible for this incentive.

Which loan programs are available?
